The program adopts a business management orientation, leveraging a broad base of management theory and examples to analyze the healthcare sector. Students gain concepts, models, techniques, and examples to enhance patient care provision. Basic management disciplines are covered in specially created modules, which are followed by specialized modules in healthcare management.
